Melinda Smith - Melinda had a dream one night back in
October 2000 and that dream was to draw, Melinda has found ways and
means to incorporate her illustrating techniques into her writing
stating that art and poetry are similar but have different stories
to tell.
Melinda works at Communication Resource Centre in Melbourne as a
community development worker and feels that her purpose in life, is
to enhance community awareness on disability issues, particularly in
the area of communication.

Brett Reynolds - Brett's is studying to complete an Arts
Diploma Course at TAFE, he has written children's stories in the
past but his main interest is now in art. Several of his pieces have
been displayed and sold at art shows and in art galleries. See his
latest piece that is entered in the Broken Hill Art Gallery
competition.
Particularly interesting is his home page and the advice he gives to
people who may not understand what it is like to have complex
communication needs.
