Eye gaze as a way to access high tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication devices has come a long way since it was introduced! It is now available on a variety of communication devices and is generally funded along with the communication device itself. Just because eye gaze is a more commonly used access method, it doesn’t necessarily mean that clinicians, teachers, and family members feel comfortable using or teaching it. We will use demonstrations and case studies to help you feel more comfortable getting started with eye gaze!
