Helpful tip: Emails

AGOSCI sends all invoices, receipts, event and membership information via email.

Emails may go to your junk or spam folders.

Please check your junk and spam folders, then add AGOSCI to your safe senders list.

The AGOSCI email domain is '@agosci.org.au'

Click on item 4 in the guide, and scroll to your preferred email provider.


Helpful tip: Online payments

AGOSCI uses Stripe as a secure online payment portal.

You can enter any credit or debit card details to make payment.

I can't remember my AGOSCI password  Visit the login page and click 'Forgot your password'
I have multiple emails registered with AGOSCI Contact AGOSCI by email to request your old emails be archived, and confirm which email is currently active with your AGOSCI account
I haven't received an email from AGOSCI Check your junk and spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list.
I can't access the members-only page on the website Login to your member account first, then click the members only section 
I can't access the member discounted price option Login to your member account first, then select the discounted member price option
I don't know if my membership is active Your AGOSCI membership is active for 12 months or 2 years from your previous payment, depending on your membership category. You can login to your member account and select 'memberships' to check your membership expiry date
I don't know how to renew my membership

AGOSCI will email you when your membership payment is due for renewal. You will receive an email 14 days before expiry, 1 day after expiry, 7 days after expiry and 14 days after a membership expires.

What are my payment options?

We accept online payment. You can use a debit card or credit card to process your payment.  

Please email education@agosci.org.au if you require an invoice to make a payment. 

How do I pay online? 

Follow the website prompts to confirm your registration. This will take you to the secure online payment portal. Enter your card details to finalise your payment.

How do I find my invoice?  Check your inbox, and your junk/spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list. Or, login to your AGOSCI member account and select 'payments' to see all your invoices. 
How do I find my receipt?  Check your inbox, and your junk/spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list. Or, login to your AGOSCI member account and select 'payments' to see all your payment receipts.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?   Check your junk and spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list.
 

Why didn’t I receive my zoom link?

AGOSCI zoom links are shared in a reminder email 7 days, 1 day and 1 hour before the event. Check your junk and spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list. If you still haven't received a zoom link please contact education@agosci.org.au 
 

I want to register but registrations have closed, what can I do?

Contact education@agosci.org.au to add yourself to the waitlist 
 

Will there be a recording?

The event registration page will include recording information. Look for a heading that says 'webinar details'. Recording information will be listed there on the event registration page
 

How do I access the recording?

Recording links are emailed to all paid attendees following an event, or in an event confirmation email. Check your inbox, junk and spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list.
 

I am late/lost/sick on the day of an event. What do I do?

Your event reminder email may list your local host's contact details. This email will be sent the day before your event. Alternatively, contact the event venue and request directions or ask that they pass on a message to the AGOSCI team.
 

I’m no longer able to attend an event I’ve paid for. What is the refund policy?

The event registration page will include a cancellation and refund policy. Read this policy carefully. If you have further questions, or believe you have exceptional circumstances, please contact education@agosci.org.au to discuss further.
