This member webinar is a product demonstration of Voiceitt and Tellumi.
Voiceitt is a speech recognition software. Jessica and Lucy will present an introduction to Voiceitt software and how it can support face-to-face and written communication. They will cover how to customise the software to a person's voice and practical strategies for Voiceitt users, including device considerations.
Tellumi is a context-aware alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) platform designed to enable real dialogues for people with limited verbal expression. Daniel will share how Tellumi integrates personalised language output with an easy-to-use interface that works on multiple hardware platforms to empower its users to say more with less.

Presenters
Jessica Dickson is an occupational therapist and principal consultant at Superyou Tech. She works with people with disabilities to identify assistive technology solutions, particularly in the areas of AAC access and mounting, computer access and environmental control.
Lucy Strom is a speech pathologist and principal consultant at Superyou Tech. She has a special interest in AAC and works directly with individuals through Superyou Therapy AAC service, supporting assessment, training and implementation.
Daniel Hommel is a registered speech pathologist and founder of Tellumi, based in Launceston, Tasmania. As the proprietor of Island Speech Therapy and Tellumi, Daniel provides specialist speech pathology services, supporting children and adults with complex and diverse needs throughout North East Tasmania and remote Tasmanian island communities. Daniel applies an evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach and is recognised for advancing assistive technology and augmentative communication solutions. Through Tellumi, Daniel develops innovative digital tools for effective, accessible communication, bridging client needs, clinical practice and business innovation. In 2025, Daniel was nominated for the Tasmanian Disability Awards, acknowledging his contributions to disability support and community capacity building.
