AGOSCI sends all invoices, receipts, event and membership information via email.
Emails may go to your junk or spam folders.
Please check your junk and spam folders, then add AGOSCI to your safe senders list.
The AGOSCI email domain is '@agosci.org.au'

Click on item 4 in the guide, and scroll to your preferred email provider.
Helpful tip: Online payments
AGOSCI uses Paypal as a secure online payment portal.
You do not need a Paypal account to make payment.
You can enter any credit or debit card details to make payment.

|I can't remember my AGOSCI password||Visit the login page and click 'reset password'|
|I have multiple emails registered with AGOSCI||Contact AGOSCI by email to request your old emails be archived, and confirm which email is currently active with your AGOSCI account.|
|I haven't received an email from AGOSCI||Check your junk and spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list|
|I can't access the members-only page on the website||Login to your member account first, then click the members-only page.|
|I can't access the member discounted price option||Login to your member account first, then select the discounted member price option|
|I don't know if my membership is active||Your AGOSCI membership is active for 12 months or 2 years from your previous payment, depending on your membership category. You can login to your member account to check your membership due date, and check your active status.|
|I don't know how to renew my membership||AGOSCI will email you when your membership payment is due for renewal. You will receive 2 renewal notices. If payment is not received, your membership will lapse.|
|I've got a question about membership that isn't answered above||Email the Executive Officer to discuss your query.|
|What are my payment options?|| We accept online payment. You can use a debit card or credit card to process your payment. |
|Do I need to have a paypal account to pay online?|
You do not need a paypal account to make payment. AGOSCI uses paypal as a secure online payment portal, which you can use as a guest. You do not need to create a paypall account, or sign in to paypal to make payment.
|How do I pay online?|| Follow the website prompts to confirm your registration. This will take you to the secure online payment portal. Either log in to your paypal account, or select to continue as a 'guest' if you don't have a Paypal account. Enter your card details to finalise your payment.|
|How do I find my invoice?|| Check your inbox, and your junk/spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list. Or, login to your AGOSCI member account to see all your invoices.|
|How do I find my receipt?|| Check your inbox, and your junk/spam folders. Add AGOSCI to your safe senders list. Or, login to your AGOSCI member account to see all your payment receipts.|
|My registration cancelled after 15 minutes and I hadn't finalised payment. What should I do?|| Return to the event page to begin your registration again. Have your credit or debit card ready to make payment within 15 minutes. If you're concerned about double payment, check your bank account to see if your payment has processed.|
